Keith O'Donnell

Chief Executive Officer 

 

Keith is the founder and CEO of The Clover Group. He has over 20 years of experience in leadership, finance and management operations.

 

Keith has held management and executive positions in numerous industries including financial services, hospitality, professional services and software development.

 

In his last position, Keith served as CFO for Cynergy Systems, Inc.  Keith helped found the company and guided the firm through start-up to its position as one of the preeminent digital experience and mobile design agencies in the world.  Keith successfully led the acquisition of Cynergy by KPMG in 2014.

Chris Batton

Managing Director

 

As the Managing Director of The Clover Group, Chris brings 25 years of progressive accounting, finance, and leadership experience.  Having worked across the spectrum of company sizes, industries, and business life cycle; change management and problem solving have become key components of Chris’ expertise. 

 

Chris has held positions of leadership in a billion dollar technology driven professional services firm and a national healthcare provider.  As an entrepreneur, he started his own consulting practice prior to joining Manpower’s global professional services firm, Experise.
